Traditional Hobby Classes™ is committed to providing a comfortable and satisfactory learning experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the course you purchased, please be sure to contact us first via email at info@theqimen.com.

Refunds:

We support a full refund if the course has not yet commenced. The refund will generally be processed back to the original payment method.

If your course has already started, the refund amount will be calculated as: Total amount paid for the course - Total cost of lessons already attended.

The total cost of attended lessons is calculated as: (Total course fee / Total number of lessons) * Number of lessons attended.
